Similar to the incubator model used across investment companies and startups, CyberCoders’ training program provides new employees with an intensive educational and coaching environment that will guide and accelerate their success. New hires will undergo a 3-month program consisting of intensive education and mentoring, resulting in their robust acquisition of industry knowledge and skill sets of a 2- or 3-year tenured recruiter.
