SHIRLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National Technologies Associates, Inc. (NTA), a provider of technical acquisition support services to government and commercial clients, announced today that it has restructured the company and added two new vice presidents.
“The new leadership structure reflects our emphasis on growth, both organic and by acquisition,” said Michael Fraser, NTA CEO. “As a result, we will provide consolidated operational support to our key customers.”
Fraser said Paul Beaumont has been appointed Vice President, Strategy and Business Development and Ken Graeser has been appointed Vice President, NAVAIR Operations.
Beaumont is responsible for all growth related initiatives including capture management, business development and proposal development. He will also support merger and acquisition activities for NTA. Beaumont, who joined NTA six years ago, previously served as a senior associate, director of the company’s Dayton, Ohio operations and program manager of the Navy’s Multi-Mission Helicopters Logistics Program. Beaumont previously was the Director of Chesapeake Operations for Technical Systems Integrated, Inc. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy earning a degree in aerospace engineering. He served as a U.S. Navy pilot.
Graeser, who has been with NTA for 10 years, leads the unit that supports NAVAIR, the company’s largest customer. Graeser, a former division director at NTA, completed a successful career as a senior naval officer including multiple acquisition management assignments. He retired from the Navy at the rank of captain. Graeser earned a B.S. in aerospace administration from Middle Tennessee State University and an M.S. in logistics management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
