Paino has extensive experience handling consumer financial services litigation, general commercial litigation and appellate matters. His background also includes experience in the bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and lender liability areas. Paino received his J.D. from California Western School of Law and his B.S. from Ithaca College. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, Texas, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
