NAPLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Comcast Florida is today holding a special event for customers with legendary professional golfer and World Golf Hall of Fame member Colin Montgomerie to celebrate the grand opening of its new North Naples XFINITY® store.
The North Naples Comcast XFINITY® store is the first of its kind in Southwest Florida. The store is designed entirely around the needs of customers, offering an opportunity to explore and interact directly with the latest XFINITY® TV, Internet, Voice and Home Security products and services. The store environment is comfortable and inviting, and filled with the wide variety of Xfinity entertainment products and services.
Montgomerie will participate in a store ribbon-cutting during the invite-only event, as well as a Q&A session moderated by former PGA TOUR player and current Golf Channel analyst, Charlie Rymer. The Q&A will also be live-streamed for fans on Comcast Florida’s Facebook page via http://new.livestream.com/comcastflorida/Monty. The new North Naples Comcast XFINITY® store is conveniently located at 10600 Tamiami Trail North and is open seven days a week. The store features fully interactive touchscreen displays, an Xfinity Experience Zone, customer lounge and seating area, an X1 TV viewing experience, and iPads loaded with the many Xfinity apps that enhance the viewing experience.
Customers can test drive the newest Xfinity products and services, including the X1 Platform available now for Naples customers. X1 is a first of its kind entertainment platform that offers a more personalized and dynamic TV experience. Customers can also demo the Xfinity Home security and energy management system, the Xfinity TV Go app and the blazing fast Xfinity high-speed internet service. Small and medium-size business customers can learn more about Comcast Business products and services at kiosks throughout the store.
Customers will also appreciate the personalized service from trained and knowledgeable sales consultants and important new time-saving offerings, including self-service kiosks for quick bill pay and a new queuing system that allows customers to explore the store at their own pace instead of waiting in line for service.
