Mark Hodges served as founder and chairman for EquaTerra, managing partner of business process outsourcing and corporate development for TPI, founding executive and vice president of strategy and corporate development at Exult, worldwide vice president of services for Gartner Group and chief operating officer for G2 Research. He is an authority on human resource outsourcing, and is currently the founder and chief executive officer for Hodges Advisory, LLC, which advises founders on growth and liquidity.
Gary Lawson has more than 30 years of human resources executive management experience. He specializes in the design and implementation of global compensation programs to include executive compensation, management and sales incentives, as well as base salary and reward plans. He previously served as global head of human resources for Schering-Plough. He is now a management consultant.
Bill Thomas is an investor and board member for a variety of high growth businesses in the business services and technology sectors. He was a partner at KPMG within their Shared Services and Outsourcing practice, having joined the firm upon the acquisition of EquaTerra where he held the position of managing director for Europe. Prior to his time at KPMG and EquaTerra, he served as the global head of outsourcing for HR Access Solutions, a Fidelity company, and before that was president of Ceridian’s Multinational HR business, delivering HR services in over 40 countries around the world.
Trey Campbell has served as president of North America for Northgate Arinso, president and chief executive officer for Accenture BPO Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture), business unit leader for Hewitt HR Outsourcing and vice president and portfolio executive for Exult. He is currently president and chief executive officer of TCSC Ventures, which provides strategic and operational consulting services to high growth businesses in the U.S.
Mark Trepanier has formerly served as human resource outsourcing partner for KPMG (EquaTerra), global chief operating officer for Accenture HR Services, head of services delivery for Exult, chief operating officer for Ephinay and Americas services delivery leader for SHL. He is fluent in human resources, finance and accounting, IT, legal services outsourcing, as well as an expert in global and multi-jurisdictional payroll. He is now executive vice president of global client delivery for Axiom, one of the world’s leading legal services companies.
