CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Garman Homes and sibling company Go Realty are teaming up to build the 2015 Miracle Home in Newland Communities’ Briar Chapel, located just south of Downtown Chapel Hill, N.C.
Proceeds from the sale of the Miracle Home, as well as sponsored events and fundraisers throughout 2014, will be used to make a substantial donation to the annual MIX 101.5 Radiothon that benefits Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center. To kick off its campaign, Garman Homes and Go Realty created a parody of Pharrell Williams’ Happy music video.

Since 2007, Garman Homes has given more than $100,000 to Durham Habitat for Humanity through donations and Builder Blitz homes. In the largest single pledge to date, Garman Homes and Go Realty collectively pledged $200,000 as the 2015 Miracle Home Sponsor in honor of the MIX 101.5 Radiothon for Duke Children's 20th anniversary.

The 2015 Miracle Home will be built in a completed section of Briar Chapel, across from Triangle Park, the community’s first neighborhood gathering space and a quick walk to the dog park. It will provide a first glimpse of a new floor plan that Garman will be offering in the southern section of Briar Chapel.
