Fort Dearborn Company Acquires AC Label

DENVER--()--Fort Dearborn Company, a leading supplier of cut & stack, pressure sensitive, roll-fed and shrink sleeve labels, has acquired AC Label which includes St. Louis Litho and St. Louis Pressure Sensitive. The acquisition of AC Label enhances Fort Dearborn’s leadership position in the decorative label marketplace by broadening its geographic footprint, capabilities and market penetration. Fort Dearborn’s management team is experienced in executing and integrating add-on acquisitions effectively and fully anticipates the addition of AC Label to be an important contributor to Fort Dearborn’s near-term and ongoing success.

KRG Capital Partners Fund IV (KRG) made an investment in Fort Dearborn Company in August of 2010. The acquisition of AC Label represents the 180th investment for KRG since inception.
