Theorem Asks "What's Your Theory" in Innovative Forum at DIA

booth #1643
DIA 2013

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--()--Which way is the drug development industry going? Theorem Clinical Research will be offering a unique forum for drug industry professionals to express their theories on many aspects of drug and medical device development at the Drug Information Association (DIA) Annual Meeting June 24-27 in Boston.

“We know there’s always an amazing amount of brainpower walking the aisles at DIA,” said Theorem President and CEO John Potthoff. “We hope to tap into some of it and share it in ways that can be useful to the whole drug development community.”

Theorem will have two electronic workstations where visitors will be asked to respond to incisive but open-ended questions in their area of expertise. The responses will be scrolled live on monitors in the booth, and visitors can also have a free professional caricature drawn that will be added to their posted theory. After the show, a book with all the comments and caricatures will be produced and mailed to participants.

Visitors to the Theorem booth at DIA will also have the opportunity to register to win an adaptive design consultation with Dr. Marc Hoffman, Theorem senior vice president and general manager, biopharmaceutical development.

Theorem biostatistician and CDISC expert Mat D. Davis will speak on “Pre-specified, Traceable and Reproducible Multiple Imputation and Pattern Mixture Models Using ADaM and Define.XML” at a session titled “Innovative Approaches to Handling Missing Data Problems in Clinical Trials” on June 27 from 9-10:30 a.m.

The DIA Annual Meeting will be held June 24-27. Theorem Clinical Research will be exhibiting in booth #1643.
