RepAccess is an online appointment scheduling service, and hundreds of its current medical office users and pharmaceutical representatives will now be using RxVantage’s online scheduling platform, which features tools that create efficiencies for both the office and the sales reps that call on the office. This acquisition comes just one month from the integration of RxAssist into the RxVantage system, and only six months since the increase in customer base from competitor RepConnect, which shut its doors.
