MAMEs are awarded to current members of the Builders League of South Jersey and are determined based on quality of exterior and interior product design, livability of floor plan, traffic pattern, curb appeal and appropriateness to target market.
In addition to the MAME awards, the Haddonfield home has also been certified green at the “silver” level by the NAHB Research Center. In order to be certified by the NAHB Research Center, the home had to receive third-party verification that the design, construction, and operation of this green project met National Green Building Certification criteria to the National Green Building Standard.
