NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Adecco Group, the worldwide leader in HR services, announced the combination of their Beeline MSP and Adecco Solutions business lines into a unified global MSP and RPO organization. The new organization, Pontoon, will operate as a separate and independent entity within the Adecco Group. Beeline’s VMS operation will maintain the Beeline brand, and also operate independent within the Adecco Group—now focusing exclusively on VMS services.
The merger will be completed by December 2012, and the new organization, Pontoon, will enter 2013 as the undisputed global leader in MSP and RPO services.
Mike Wachholz will serve as the global President of Pontoon, and Nicole Burth, current CFO of Adecco Solutions, will assume responsibility as CFO of Pontoon. Doug Leeby will continue in his role as President of Beeline VMS, while Raluca Thiers will continue as the CFO of Beeline VMS.
