“As a former cold storage warehouse converted into a residential building, Fulton House is a cherished condominium association complete with character and history etched into its walls,” said William C. Earle III, President of L&N, Mid-West. “We are excited to welcome them to the L&N, Mid-West and Associa family, and look forward to providing our high-level services for years to come.”
L&N, Mid-West will now provide full management services, including financial services, property management, record-keeping and administrative management to Fulton House.
Fulton House is a 16-story, 104 home association situated on a juncture of the Chicago River known as Wolf Point. Built in 1898 by Frank Abbott as a 15-story warehouse structure, the building was converted to a cold storage warehouse in 1908 with an addition of a section to the north and a 16th floor. The building's fame came from the conversion as a residential building by American architect Harry Weese from 1979 to 1981.
