SKOKIE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Topco Associates LLC announced today that Andrew Broccolo has joined the company as General Counsel. In this new position Broccolo, 46, will report directly to Topco President and CEO Randy Skoda.

Broccolo has worked in both public and private practice for more than 15 years, including positions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Sayers40, Inc., and Vedder Price Kaufman & Kammholz. Most recently, he has been advising corporate clients on real estate transactions, supplier agreements, governance, employment law and litigation matters.
Broccolo received his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School.
