NEW YORK--()--Leading artist and music producer manager Sandy Lal and Kingpin Entertainment Group have officially partnered with, TWENTY FIRST REPUBLIC, the new producer and engineer management of Universal Music Group.

Lal will oversee the expansion of TWENTY FIRST REPUBLIC in the urban and pop crossover realms. With his inclusion into the fold, producers/writers Infinity [DJ Khaled, Chris Brown, Ludacris, Big Time Rush], DJ Montay [Flo Rida’s “Low”, “Walk It Out” “2 Step”] Joe Boom [Enrique Iglesias, T-Pain], and Chris “CJ” Jackson [Toni Braxton, Cheryl Cole] have also become a part of the company's esteemed roster. Most recently, Lal helped guide Dash, the first signing to his newly formed production company, Titanium Music Group, to a massive hit with DJ Pauly D's "Night of My Life". The song serves as the theme song to MTV's The Pauly D Project, and its video racked up over 1 million YouTube/VEVO views in under two weeks, while the audio exceeds 1.6 million. “Night Of My Life” was produced and written by The Closers, Ayb and Joe Boom, all of whom will be part of this venture.

Given Lal's diverse experience across the board, he is primed to push these producers to the next level, leaving an indelible stamp on music in the process.

"It's extremely exciting to be a part of such a unique venture because this is the first time a major label group has ever formed a management company and I’m proud that myself and Kingpin were chosen to lead the charge,” comments Lal. "I'm looking forward to expanding our clientele together and bringing new opportunities. As a result of this partnership, clients will enjoy an unparalleled micro- and macro-management experience. We can collectively offer so much more to any producer and writer. My plan is to find the next wave of great producers and develop them with the team."

Tom Mackay Executive Vice President of the UNIVERSAL REPUBLIC RECORDS declares, "We're thrilled to be working with Sandy and Kingpin. His experience, creative approach, business acumen and, most notably, his enormous success, are extremely impressive. The fact that Lal and Kingpin have achieved so much as a relatively small independent operation clearly displays the impact he will now undoubtedly make with the largest label group behind him. He’s going to be integral to the evolution and success of TWENTY FIRST REPUBLIC. It's an honor to collaborate with him."

Meanwhile, Monte Lipman President and C.E.O. echoes that sentiment saying, "Sandy is one of the most forward-thinking managers in the music business. I have an incredible amount of respect and admiration for everything he's done with Kingpin. He's truly a leader, and he's going to help guide TWENTY FIRST REPUBLIC."

Sandy Lal ignited his career in the music business exploding in the NYC mixed tape scene as a DJ. Upon finishing law school, he joined a premiere music firm Leibowtiz, Roberts and Ritholz. In 2002, he founded his own entertainment law firm, Sandy Lal & Associates. He then founded his very own management company and production company, Kingpin Entertainment Group. Lal lent his creative hand in producing and writing records himself, achieving a platinum plaque for executive producing Lil Flip’s U Gotta Feel Me album and receiving a BMI Songwriting award and Number 1 rhythmic radio chart position for the song entitled “Sunshine”. Over the years, he's worked with and represented Flo Rida, Lauryn Hill, Lil Flip, and Krucial Keys, to name a few.
