SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Obscene Interactive (OTCBB:OBJE) announced today that its current acquisition target, HourBlast Games, has wrapped the latest round of beta testing on its revolutionary new social and mobile game, Dueling Blades—a crucial step toward its release.
Players chosen from the developer’s Facebook test group battled one another as well as computer-controlled opponents to test the Unity game engine and dynamic combat system the game is built around. After the testing was closed, the top three players were rewarded with special in-game character upgrades.
Another round of testing will begin soon in order for HourBlast to perfect its debut product before its Facebook release.
In the meantime, anticipation for the game is building fast. Dueling Blades has already garnered more than 1,800 Facebook fans despite its continuing development. The game’s ground-breaking gameplay and customization options are already generating excitement among casual players and hardcore gamers alike.
