Proto Labs Prices Initial Public Offering

MAPLE PLAIN, Minn.--()--Proto Labs, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,300,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on February 24, 2012 under the ticker symbol “PRLB.” All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Proto Labs. In addition, Proto Labs has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 645,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.
