SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC (“CMS”) today announced that it will be holding a job fair on Thursday, November 10, 2011 from noon until 7:00PM at the Holiday Inn Express in Fishers, Indiana. The company, which is headquartered in Santa Ana, California and currently has about 50 employees in Hamilton County, is interviewing candidates for its mortgage servicing operations located in Fishers, in anticipation of growing business needs in the coming year.
Carrington hopes to fill multiple positions in late November through January 2012 for the following jobs:
Home Retention Specialists - responsible for working with borrowers who are experiencing financial hardship and are behind on their mortgages.
Loan Counselors - responsible for collecting on delinquent accounts as assigned through a predictive dialer in order to achieve department objectives.
Loan Admin Tax Specialist – responsible for monitoring the timely payment of taxes on escrow and non-escrow accounts and performs all duties in accordance with company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Loan Admin Escrow Analyst – responsible for performing all escrow analysis in accordance with RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) for all escrow loans and non-escrow loans with negative escrow advances.
