WHAT:

This teleconference for reporters will feature executives from advanced biofuel companies working to produce drop-in fuels for military testing and use, as the Department of Defense (DoD) increases its use of alternative energy. The Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) and its member companies recently responded to the DoD’s request for information on the status of commercialization of advanced biofuels, outlining the strategies companies are pursuing.
