NEW YORK & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Edward Adler, former EVP of Corporate Communications at Time Warner Inc. and, most recently, Senior Partner heading MediaLink’s Strategic Communications practice, has joined RLM Finsbury as Partner, it was announced today.
Adler is one of the most respected communications professionals in the business, having deftly managed global corporate communications at one of the world’s largest media companies before going on to build a successful strategic communications practice with clients specializing in media, marketing and tech. Also joining Adler at RLM Finsbury will be Kyle Giunta, former Account Director for Strategic Communications at MediaLink.
Formed in July through a merger between Robinson Lerer & Montgomery and Finsbury Group, RLM Finsbury is a global leader in strategic corporate, financial and crisis communications. During a decades-long career at Time Warner Inc. and its divisions, Adler was a reporter for Time magazine, a programming executive for HBO and news editor for Time’s magazine development area before becoming a corporate communications executive. He served in several high-profile communications positions for the company before being named Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications for Time Warner Inc. in 2004. As EVP, Adler was part of management and worked side-by-side with the investor relations, public policy and strategic planning areas of the company. He also supervised communications between the individual operating divisions advising on mergers, acquisitions and management shifts and provided expert solutions to corporate public crises.
Adler currently serves on the board of the City Parks Foundation and on the Vassar College Campaign Steering Committee. He is listed in Who’s Who in the World and has a B.A. from Vassar College and an M.A. in Journalism from New York University. Adler lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children.
