DESERT HOT SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The City of Desert Hot Springs, California will host its 2011 Economic Forum and Tour on Friday, October 28, 2011. The event will be held from 10:00am until 1:00pm at 12085 Palm Drive in Desert Hot Springs. The purpose of the forum and tour is to provide interested real estate brokers, developers, finance professionals and business owners with the opportunity to tour the community, receive project updates and meet with City and community officials to discuss economic opportunities.
Patrick Evans of KPSP Local 2 (CBS affiliate) will serve as the Master of Ceremonies that is open to the public. The morning will start with a 90 minute guided tour of the City in luxury motor coaches supplied by Cardiff Limousine and Transportation, followed by a casual lunch and a series of brief presentations by private sector development professionals whom are working on specific projects in the City of Desert Hot Springs, including new and expanding retail businesses, commercial wind energy generation, downtown retail/office facilities and a retail power center.
