(the “Company”) announced today that it has posted its quarterly report for the three months ended January 31, 2011 on the Company’s secure investor website through Intralinks. The quarterly report is being furnished pursuant to the Indenture governing the Company’s 12% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 (the “Notes”). The quarterly report will be made available to holders of the Notes, qualified prospective investors in the Notes and certain securities analysts and market making financial institutions. The Company intends to post all of its annual reports, quarterly reports and current reports that are required to be delivered pursuant to the Indenture governing the Notes on the Company’s secure investor website.
