Debuts New Offerings at Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Launch Event

Traditionally, CRM solutions for real estate have been one-size-fit-all solutions. Now, with the release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, providers have a flexible cloud-based or server-based platform on which they can develop custom solutions to reflect the unique needs of a specific vertical industry such as commercial real estate. This market, among many others, requires a great deal of complexity involved in managing multi-layer relationships, sales contracts, communications and other processes.
