WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Racepoint Group, a global public relations agency with special expertise in digital media relations, has appointed Tod Donhauser as Senior Vice President of its Corporate practice. Donhauser joins Racepoint from the Washington, D.C. office of Edelman Public Relations, where he served as head of the public affairs group. Donhauser will leverage his deep knowledge of corporate needs and extensive experience in public affairs to strengthen Racepoint’s corporate capabilities.

At Edelman his clients included GE Water and Process Technologies, PhRMA, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Consumer Health Products Association, United Way and the Kingdom of Morocco. Donhauser’s international public affairs work for Morocco won an International Public Relations Association Golden World Award and a Holmes Report Golden SABRE Award in 2006.
Prior to Edelman, Donhauser served four years as a legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives. As a principal advisor to the House Ways and Means Committee he worked on technology, trade, energy, and the environmental issues. Donhauser has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Aarhus in Denmark and bachelor’s degree in international studies and political science from West Virginia Wesleyan University.
