ADM Endeavors' CEO Marc Johnson said, “Government contracts are lower margin but fit into our growth plans perfectly. They are stable, predictable and financially secure. The specific uniform sourcing needed to fulfill these contracts will allow us to service our corporate customers better and create a higher margin on non-government sales. This is due to better purchasing power and opening more manufacture direct sourcing. The second financial benefit will be seen once the new facility is built. It will have a retail work ware component. Retail is our highest margin unit. The inventory needed for new uniform retail store will be used by all three segments.”
