GUATEMALA CITY--()--AgroAmerica, het levensmiddelenbedrijf uit de agrosector, sponsort de 100K Innovation Fund-beurzencompetitie voor projecten in het hoger onderwijs aan universiteiten in de Verenigde Staten, Midden-Amerika en de Dominicaanse Republiek.

De 100K Innovation Fund New Grant Competition wordt gesponsord door het Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs van het Amerikaanse Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken en gesteund door AgroAmerica, de Amerikaanse Ambassade in Guatemala en de NGO Partners of the Americas. Het 100K Fund zal dit jaar worden toegekend in de vorm van 12 subsidies van $ 25.000 ter ondersteuning van nieuwe projecten op het gebied van het hoger onderwijs.
