VANCOUVER, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RealWear, Inc. today announced the hiring of Michael Guerchon as Vice President, Human Resources. Guerchon brings more than 25 years of experience across a variety of growth-oriented companies leading HR and culture initiatives.
At Riverbed Technology, Guerchon helped lead the organization through its IPO and rapid growth in revenue from $2 million to $1.2 billion, with headcount rising from 60 to 2,800.
