DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KRG Capital Partners (KRG), a Denver-based buyout firm, today announced that it has completed the sale of Ansira Partners, Inc. (Ansira), a leading data-driven, technology-enabled marketing solutions provider, to Advent International. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Petsky Prunier Securities and Lincoln International served as financial advisors and Kirkland & Ellis served as legal advisor to Ansira on the transaction.
