TPG Growth Acquires Taco Bueno

Partnership between global private equity firm and leading Tex-Mex restaurant chain will accelerate the Company’s growth

SAN FRANCISCO & FARMERS BRANCH, Texas--()--TPG Growth, the middle market and growth equity investment platform of TPG, today announced the acquisition of Tex-Mex quick service restaurant plus (QSR+) chain Taco Bueno. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
