Based out of Boulder, Colorado, Dennis will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with global leaders looking to cultivate organization-wide improvement and maximize results by accelerating the performance of their people. A perfect complement to Accendo’s foundation of “You. Only Better.”, Dennis is passionate about helping executives – and the organizations they lead – help themselves. In this new leadership role with Accendo, he will blend his acute ability to formulate ideas and solutions with helping executives find new ways to tackle the challenges they face running global organizations and teams.

Dennis has also served as Vice President of Sales for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, as well as Executive Coach for Clear Channel where he guided senior executives in the top 50 revenue-producing markets on strategy development and execution.
Dennis has been certified in a variety of disciplines related to human capital strategy, executive coaching, and leadership development from organizations such as The Gallup Organization, New York University, Human Capital Institute, Second City Communications, Human Performance Institute, and the International Creative Problem Solving Institute.
