SAN RAMON, Calif.--()--Vitavis Laboratories has launched its patented, dietary supplement, Pruvin™, it was announced here today by company CEO Tim Tigner. “Pruvin supports healthy metabolism resulting in numerous significant benefits to users,” he said.

Clinical research at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) indicates the product can help offset certain effects of aging, such as fat build-up, muscle loss and reduced energy. This is true in both healthy subjects as well as people facing accelerated aging, according to BCM researchers.

According to the company, Pruvin enhances our cells’ capacity to burn fat and generate increased levels of energy.

“Pruvin has been the subject of numerous clinical studies and scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals,” Tigner said. “Based on these studies, we believe Pruvin users are likely to experience an increase in muscle mass and strength and a decrease in excess body fat. Pruvin should also decrease the amount of fat circulating in the blood, thereby promoting organ health.”

Pruvin originated from research conducted over the past decade by Dr. R. V. Sekhar at Baylor College of Medicine. Vitavis Laboratories owns the exclusive license from BCM to commercialize Pruvin. The company is headquartered in San Ramon, CA, in the San Francisco Bay Area.
