BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Scaled Agile, Inc. (SAI) is proud to welcome Richard Knaster as Principal Consultant and Thought Leader. Richard will be responsible for helping organizations scale agile development with the Scaled Agile Framework® through strategy development; executive-level consulting, training, and coaching; and enterprise Lean|Agile portfolio and program management.

Prior to joining Scaled Agile, Inc., Richard worked at IBM where his career spanned from Product Line Management (Agile and PPM domain) to Chief Methodologist, Agile and Lean. In his most recent role at IBM, Richard helped internal and external customers become more agile by addressing the most difficult challenges of scaling – organizational and cultural change. Richard is a certified IBM Thought Leader and Open Group Distinguished IT Specialist. He is also a certified SAFe Program Consultant, Disciplined Agile Delivery Black Belt, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner. In addition, he is a contributor to the Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) framework and PMI Portfolio/Program Management Standards.
