DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Progress Equity Partners, Ltd. is pleased to announce EnAqua Solutions’ formation of EnAqua Transport, LLC. As the Company continues its rapid growth and in an effort for further vertical integration, EnAqua Transport has been formed to meet the logistical needs of the business. This division of the company has successfully integrated a new fleet of trucks which are now actively transporting water in the Eagle Ford Shale. With the addition of this program, EnAqua can now offer a more comprehensive package of services to meet the demands of exploration and production companies.
In February 2013, Robby Hager joined EnAqua Transport. Mr. Hager brings over 25 years of experience managing truck fleets in the oil field and providing various services to exploration and production companies. Mr. Hager brings with him substantial operating experience combined with deep relationships with the exploration and production companies that have been developed over decades.
In March 2013, Christy Owens joined the EnAqua Transport team as Manager of Transportation. Ms. Owens has extensive experience with site management and dispatch, meeting the logistical needs of the oil and gas industry. Most recently employed at Heckmann Water Resources, Ms. Owens will manage the fleet as EnAqua continues to expand.
EnAqua currently offers disposal solutions to exploration and production companies for the management of oilfield waste (solids and fluids) resulting from the drilling, hydraulic fracturing and daily operation of oil and natural gas wells. The Company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with field offices in Kenedy and Carthage, Texas.
