PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Philadelphia Chapter has added to its Board of Directors. Chapter Chairman Judith M. von Seldeneck has announced the addition of four new members: Pamela Godwin, Archbold D. van Beuren, Ted Peters and Stephen T. Zarrilli.
Pamela Godwin is President of Change Partners, Inc., an executive coaching and change management consulting firm. She is a director of Unum Group (NYSE) where she serves on the Governance and Finance Committees.
Archie van Beuren spent twenty-six years at the Campbell Soup Company. He serves on the boards of directors of the Campbell Soup Company, Bissell Inc., and the Brandywine Trust Group.
Ted Peters is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bryn Mawr Trust Company and Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation. He serves on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and The Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers.
Steve Zarrilli is Chief Financial Officer of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., a growth capital provider. He is a director for Nutrisystem, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTR) and Cadient, Inc.
