Gregory’s Britni Ackrivo Named to GlobeSt. CRE’s Aspiring Leaders of 2026 List

ARDMORE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Britni Ackrivo, Executive Vice President at Gregory, recognized as Agency of the Year by PR Daily, has been named to GlobeSt. CRE’s Aspiring Leaders of 2026 list. The national recognition honors commercial real estate’s best and brightest professionals under the age of 40 who are making lasting impacts on the industry and are poised to help lead the future of commercial real estate.

“Britni has built her career helping developers communicate with confidence in the moments that matter most,” said Greg Matusky, CEO and Founder of Gregory.

The recognition adds to a growing list of national honors for Ackrivo. Last month, she was also named to Inman’s Future Leaders of Real Estate 2026 in the Marketing and Sales category, which spotlights industry achievers under the age of 40 that are forging new paths and pushing the envelope.

Ackrivo has spent more than a decade working in the high-risk world of real estate development, where public perception can determine whether a project receives funding, community support, and government approvals to successfully move forward.

“Britni has built her career helping developers communicate with confidence in the moments that matter most,” said Greg Matusky, CEO and Founder of Gregory. “She brings structure to complex situations to move clients’ visions forward, especially when the path is blurred by perception.”

Ackrivo joined Gregory as an intern in 2014 and rose to become the youngest EVP in the firm’s history. Today, she leads one of the firm’s keystone practices, advising developers, owners, and investors across every major real estate sector. She is masterful at building community alliances, aligning stakeholders' vision, shaping messaging, and building trust.

She is the host of the award-winning podcast PlotLines. And her practice area has resulted in Gregory being named the top real estate agency for six consecutive years by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal and now ranks as the 5th-largest real estate firm in the country by O’Dwyers.
