CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--O2COOL® LLC announces a rebranding to O2C Brands® LLC. The new name reflects the corporate strategy of being a synergistic operating company of multiple consumer brands.

O2C Brands® also announces the acquisition of two new brands – EcoVessel® and U-Konserve®. EcoVessel markets premium insulated stainless steel water bottles, mugs, tumblers and growlers, and U-Konserve sells waste-free on-the-go food storage solutions.
EcoVessel was founded in 2010 by entrepreneur Jon Fox, with sustainability and environmental protection as hallmarks of the business. The company is a proud member of the non-profit 1% for the Planet®, which donates dollars to environmental non-profits.
U-Konserve, which was founded in 2008 and acquired by EcoVessel in 2020, also shares the belief that small changes and daily actions have an enormous impact on our ability to protect our planet. The B Corp business is rooted in a deep appreciation of sustainable design and is driven by a mission to reduce single-use plastics.
