The New Era of Leadership Awards recognize the leaders and companies who embody one or more of these characteristics:

The winners were selected by an exemplary panel of judges with extensive experience leading some of the world’s most renowned organizations, including Former PepsiCo Chairman and CEO, Indra Nooyi, Bumble CEO, Lidiane Jones, General Catalyst Chairman and Managing Director, Ken Chenault, Kickstarter CEO, Everette Taylor, and Former IBM Chairman and CEO, Ginni Rometty. The judges evaluated each nomination on several factors, including relevance, impact, innovation, and adaptability.
