NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aircall, the customer communication and intelligence platform, today announced the appointments of Tom Chen, Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Alan Talanoa, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who will grow and strengthen its small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) focused product.

Tom Chen, who most recently served as CPO at Humu, brings over a decade of experience in B2B software, reshaping workplaces with product innovations from the likes of Instacart, Lyft Business, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
