Spotnana Events is available to corporations both as an add-on and a standalone product that can be purchased via Spotnana or channel partners. In addition, Spotnana’s API-first architecture enables channel partners to white-label, embed, and integrate event booking into their offerings.

Spotnana Events is built on top of Spotnana’s award-winning Travel-as-a-Service platform and harnesses all of Spotnana’s core capabilities. For example, when booking, travelers gain access to Spotnana’s industry-leading self-service capabilities, advanced policy management, and comprehensive global content, including its deep direct NDC integrations with major airlines.

With Spotnana Events, company meetings and event planners benefit from:

  • Simple event creation - create new events in minutes by defining the event name, dates, location, and description. Then, add branding by uploading preferred imagery or choosing from a selection of AI-generated event images.
  • Advanced travel controls - apply travel policies and specify event travel windows, types of allowed bookings (air, hotel, car, and rail), designated airports and/or hotels, and payment methods.
  • Employee and guest travel - easily add employees and unprofiled guest travelers to an invite list through HR integrations, list uploads, or manual entry, send a customized email prompting invitees to book their own travel, and follow up with automated reminders.
  • Self-service bookings, exchanges, and cancellations - enable employees and guest travelers to book their own travel, manage exchanges, and cancel trips without agent assistance.
  • Real-time event insights - access real-time data to monitor booking status for invitees and travel spend.

Deployment of Spotnana Events is managed through a single, cloud-based software instance, enabling rapid global rollouts, global event destinations, and seamless travel for invitees located anywhere in the world.

Spotnana Events can be added to an existing Spotnana customer deployment or purchased as a standalone offering, providing customers with an easy way to begin exploring Spotnana for a portion of their travel needs.
