New partner channel will make Flyhomes’ ‘buy before you sell’ and cash offer products available to lenders and brokers across the country.

The channel will feature a phased rollout, starting today with the launch of the Flyhomes Guaranteed Backup Contract, a ‘buy before you sell’ solution. Future launches will include a comprehensive suite of lending solutions for third party originators and their homebuyers, offered through Flyhomes and Flyhomes’ affiliate lender, Flyhomes Mortgage. The channel will be led by Eric Meadow, who recently joined Flyhomes as the new VP of Partnerships following the acquisition of assets from Meadow’s previous company, Home Sale Assured.

  • Flyhomes Guaranteed Backup Contract (GBC) provides homeowners with the ability to buy their next home before selling their current home. The unique mechanism of GBC is that it enables the purchase lender to treat the customer’s departing residence as sold, while retaining the freedom to maximize the value of their sale for as long as 90 days after they buy their new home.
  • Through the Flyhomes Partner Channel, independent mortgage bankers and brokers can have their customers access the Flyhomes Guaranteed Backup Contract. Additionally, they will soon have the ability to broker transactions to Flyhomes Mortgage for its short-term bridge loan products.
  • Upcoming product releases through the Flyhomes Partner Channel will feature lending options also from Flyhomes Mortgage to help buyers unlock their existing home equity for a downpayment.
