Rikhil Bajaj leads the firm’s VGP investments in financial technology, software, and digital assets. Informed by his experience working with growth stage to scale businesses, Rikhil supports entrepreneurs on topics including growth, talent, and financing/M&A. Prior to Tarsadia, Rikhil was a founding member of the growth equity team at SignalFire, a $1.5B+ venture fund, and part of the senior team at GTCR, a $20B+ private equity firm. Rikhil also worked as a technology and healthcare investor at Warburg Pincus and Primus Capital. Rikhil holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA (Honors) from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Dr. Shubhra Jain leads the firm’s VGP investments in healthcare technology, leveraging her experience as a physician and tech acumen to support founders in building a more equitable, affordable, and effective healthcare ecosystem. Prior to Tarsadia, Dr. Jain built and led a healthcare investment practice at Cota Capital, where she invested in businesses like Berkeley Lights, Zymergen, and Mission Bio. She also has operating experience leading product development and launch at a health-tech startup. Dr. Jain is a primary care physician by background. She also has her M.S. in Engineering from Stanford School of Engineering and her MBA from The Wharton School.
