ARC (Association of Related Churches) Previews Fall Launch Season

ARC (Association of Related Churches) is excited that more than 20 new ARC churches are set to launch this fall.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ARC (Association of Related Churches) is excited to announce that more than 20 new ARC churches are in the process of preparing to launch this upcoming fall. Like those who have launched an ARC church before them, all of the leaders heading up these new churches dream of starting a life-giving church that will allow them to reach people in their community with the powerful message of Jesus.

ARC (Association of Related Churches) provides coaching, training, and even funding that is needed to ensure a strong launch.

Thus far, in 2023, 20 new ARC churches have been launched through the organization. Since the organization was founded back in 2000, a total of 1,077 ARC churches have been launched.

One of the new ARC churches set to launch is The Ark Church. Located in Magnolia, Texas, this congregation is led by Clayton and Courtney Small and will launch in August.

"We're excited to see the life-giving message of Jesus bring hope to our area!" the Smalls said. "Noah built an ark to save households. We're excited to see God's saving, restoring, and healing power transform the people in our city!"

Two other ARC churches will launch on September 17 -- Vital Church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and River City Church in Lacey, Washington.

Mike and Katy Caple, who lead the ARC church launch in Arkansas, are excited about what's ahead.

"We believe that God is going to help us reach entire families," they said. "We want to make our community better and restore people's hope in the church."

Washington's River City Church will be led by pastors Tyler and Katie Minton, who envision their city being "radically healed" by God's love that they aim to bring to the region, which is desperately underserved.

"Nearly 85% of this community that we love is unchurched, and yet we see people awakening with a hunger to know God intimately and live in Biblical community," the Mintons said. "We see the Pacific Northwest losing the title of the most unchurched region of America as we partner together to see our community experience the eternal hope, healing and freedom we have in Jesus!"

Other cities where new ARC churches are scheduled to launch in the fall include Tigard, Oregon; Nashville, Clarksville, and Chattanooga, Tennessee; Orlando and Sarasota, Florida; Huntington Beach, California; Waynesville, Missouri; Athens, Georgia; Prosper and Longview, Texas; Boise, Idaho; Owensboro, Kentucky; Denver, Colorado; Auburn Hills, Michigan; and Summersville, South Carolina.
