HOUSTON--()--Today, Wan Bridge, a Texas-based builder and operator of build-to-rent (BTR) communities, announced that two, multi-family buildings have officially been WELL Certified at the Bronze level under the WELL Building Standard™ version 2 (WELL v2™) by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Wan Bridge is the first BTR company to receive this designation for its multi-family BTR product at The Residences at Rayzor Ranch located in Denton, Texas. Swiftly moving off their announcement as a Cornerstone member of IWBI, the dedication to ramping up this certification is a testament to the company’s commitment to residential wellness and enhancing communities to help people thrive. This is a landmark milestone for not only Wan Bridge, but for all developers in the residential sector of real estate, establishing a health and wellness standard that all companies should hold themselves accountable to.

“As an organization whole-heartedly dedicated to serving our residents and making sure they have the best living options available, this designation is a shining example of our commitment to their wellbeing, inside our homes and in our communities,” said Wan Bridge CEO Ting Qiao. “We see ourselves at the forefront of the BTR space and becoming the first real estate company to accomplish WELL Certification under WELL v2 for multi-family buildings is a huge accomplishment for us.”
