TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Families, Early Childhood Educators, child care workers, and child care advocates will be at Queen’s Park on Wednesday November 30th, as part of a National Day of Action for Child Care Now: Better Pay, Better Quality, Better Access.
Ontario child care advocates will hold a press conference to release figures on the number of child care workers and ECEs needed to meet estimated demand for $10-a-day child care, discuss the child care workforce shortage and call for an Early Years and Child Care Workforce Commission and a salary scale.
