- Appointment of Auditors: 98.93% of the votes were in favour of the resolution appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC as auditors of the Company until the next annual meeting, and 1.07% of the votes were withheld; and
- Annual Approval of Stock Option Plan: 94.86% of the votes were in favour of the resolution to approve the stock option plan until the next annual meeting, and 5.14% of the votes were withheld.
