CIRI Will Showcase Evolving and Emerging Practices for the Investor Relations Community Virtually on June 21-23

TORONTO--()--The Canadian Investor Relations Institute’s (CIRI’s) 2022 Annual Conference is pivoting to a virtual format over three afternoons – June 21, 22 and 23. This year’s Conference, themed Thriving in Our New Normal, will draw on investor relations, governance and capital markets experts to deliver an engaging event that examines transformational changes in investor relations practices.

“Due to the uncertainty of how COVID will continue to impact our ability to travel and gather in person in the coming months, we’ve decided to move our 2022 Conference to a virtual format,” said Yvette Lokker, President & CEO, CIRI. “After two years without in-person events, it is critical to bring the IR community together to highlight how practices have evolved and to shape the future of the profession. This year’s event will leverage technology to deliver more opportunities for the IR community to connect, share experiences and learn from one another.”

Building on past success, this virtual event will include all the elements that make the Annual Conference a hallmark affair for Canadian IROs including: general and breakout sessions; panel discussions; interactive roundtables; opportunities to engage with suppliers through a variety of options; and fun and interactive social events that facilitate peer-to-peer connections.

To make this event highly accessible, we have adjusted our rates to $595 for members and $795 for non-members. To register, click here. More details will be available on the soon-to-be launched Annual Conference website.
