Indeavor is Launching New Feature to Track COVID-19 Vaccination Status at Point of Scheduling Based on OSHA Requirements

Indeavor’s technology allows manufacturing facilities and operational environments real-time access to COVID-19 vaccination status

MADISON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Indeavor is reinventing workforce management by allowing dynamic enterprises to easily track COVID-19 vaccine and/or testing status for their entire workforce at the point of scheduling and planning. This ensures operations can run as planned, organizations stay in compliance, and employees remain safe.

Now that vaccines are more accessible, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced a new emergency temporary Standard (ETS) that require employers with 100 or more employees to track vaccination status or provide an option for frequent COVID-19 testing. The ETS also outlined on their announcement that employers are required to remove employees who test positive for COVID-19 from the workplace, regardless of vaccination status.

“Now more than ever, organizations need a configurable workforce management solution to streamline their operations in an ever-evolving world – in this case compliance with OSHA vaccine and COVID testing requirements,” said Brandon Schwarz, Chief Executive Office at Indeavor. “Indeavor’s Automated Scheduling solution will give employers visibility on employees’ vaccination status and help stay compliant (and safe) with the ever-changing laws involving COVID-19.”

Aside from tracking vaccination status, the need for filling last minute and sudden vacancies is higher than ever. Indeavor offers a solution that helps manage and navigate the complexities of COVID-19. This includes Scheduling Automation, Absence Management, Compliance Enforcement, Qualification Management, and Immunization/Testing Tracking.
