Hideto Nishitani Named to ICGN Human Capital Committee

DALLAS--()--Virtuous Capital founder and former ORIX USA CEO, Hideto Nishitani, has been appointed to the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) Human Capital Committee. ICGN focuses on promoting effective standards of corporate governance with members responsible for assets under management of more than $59 trillion. The committee has 11 members across multiple continents representing decades of investment and corporate governance experience.

Nishitani joins the committee with over three decades in investment and corporate governance experience in the United States, Europe and Japan, and nearly 20 years as a member of ICGN. He brings a purpose-driven governance perspective as a member of the Japan Association of Corporate Directors (JACD) in Tokyo which focuses on sustainable corporate cultures that make a positive impact on stakeholders, in addition to his work with the Conscious Capitalism Inc. Senior Leader Network (SLN). He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) with Directorship Certification, and former board member of Houlihan Lokey Inc, a leading global investment bank.
