What is the company’s biggest strength right now?
David: Our biggest strength right now is the vision to navigate efficiently to scale our operation nationally. Expanding into the United States is in the cards for 2022. We also have an instinctive ability to hire the right folks for their roles. We look for certain personality types, compassionate and caring individuals.
