Berman Leadership Development Hires Sarah Savage as Coach

NEW YORK--()--Berman Leadership Development, an executive coaching and leadership development firm, is expanding its coaching staff by hiring Sarah Savage as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach.

Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Her doctorate in clinical psychological research from Kings College London enables her to understand our clients from the systems, interpersonal, cognitive, and emotional realms that are so important to business success. She is an alum of the Columbia Business School Executive Coaching Program. Moreover, Sarah brings eight years’ experience in human resources and talent management from Goldman Sachs, one of the premier investment banks in the world, and AQR, one of the top alternative asset management funds globally. In these roles, Sarah worked as a talent partner for senior leaders and their teams and will bring the same skills and strengths to Berman Leadership as an external consultant.
