Through livestream courses, students learn in a virtual classroom setting from any device, live and in real time.

Livestream courses offer the flexibility and convenience of online learning, but with all the benefits of a live, interactive classroom. Available now in Texas, livestream courses are offered by Real Estate Express in several additional states.
In order to obtain a Sales Agent License in Texas, a prospective agent must take 180 hours of pre-licensing courses, available through Real Estate Express. Course requirements include: Principles of Real Estate I (30 hours), Principles of Real Estate II (30 hours), Law of Agency (30 hours), Law of Contracts (30 hours), Promulgated Contract Forms (30 hours), and Real Estate Finance (30 hours).

Livestream courses were first introduced by Real Estate Express in 2020 as a response to the effects of COVID-19 on in-person classrooms. The streaming concept is modeled, in part, after a webinar structure. Students can access each livestream class from their account dashboard with Real Estate Express. They can attend via computer or any device that has an internet connection, a webcam, speakers, and a microphone.
All pre-license courses are approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Additionally, Real Estate Express is accredited by ARELLO and IDECC.
